*The idea of progress, historically, has been more than just touched upon by the greatest thinkers. I am facinated by how such disparaging concepts dovetail suchs as utiliarian progress and theories from physics such as entropy and the expansion or contraction of the universe. Whether progress is possible or not, humans have based their civilization squarely on it's shoulders. My progression as an artist is important to me and in each work I operate through a progression of layer upon layer.
